TERMS OF SERVICE

Acceptance

By accessing or using Admiral Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Admiral Platform provides a combinatorial optimization API supporting 9 problem types (QUBO, Ising, HUBO, DQM, CQM, MAX-SAT, PBO, WCSP, Potts) with 27 proprietary algorithms, solver racing, AI advisor, and natural language formulation.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys
• You must not share your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the algorithms
• Exceed your plan's rate limits or resource quotas
• Share, resell, or redistribute API access without authorization
• Submit malicious data designed to exploit or crash the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or crawl the platform

Intellectual Property

• All algorithms, solver implementations, and platform code are proprietary to Admiral Platform
• The API, SDK, and documentation are provided for your use under license
• You retain ownership of your problem data and solutions
• We do not claim ownership of data you submit for solving

Pricing & Payments

• Free tier: 1,000 API calls/month, 10K variable limit, 30s timeout
• Paid plans are billed monthly or via credit packages
• Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for used credits

Service Level

• We aim for 99.9% API uptime
• We do not guarantee specific solve times or solution quality
• Maintenance windows will be announced when possible
• Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees — contact us for details

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Admiral Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Problem data submitted via the API is processed in memory and not stored permanently unless you use the job history feature.

Termination

• You may close your account at any time by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
